Fit2Thrive offers individualized programming and ongoing support, giving you the knowledge and step by step how-to’s while coaching you through the mental game that plays a big role in your ability to achieve your fitness goals.
My motto to fitness and wellbeing is that “You can’t hate yourself to wellness”, and my coaching and personal training reflects this by offering encouragement and teaching clients to have compassion through the process - so you end up with a greater sense of true wellbeing, not just bigger biceps. Identifying your reason why fitness matters to you - how you plan to thrive - is vital to making this a lifelong change. Through coaching and your personalized fitness plan, we can be sure to incorporate your goals on every level. Ongoing support will ensure you tackle those dips in motivation along the way and build your ability to overcome any obstacle. Together we will get you fit 2 thrive!
As a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I follow the OPT model. The OPT™ Model, or Optimum Performance Training Model®, is a fitness training system developed by NASM. The OPT™Model is based on scientific evidence and principles that progresses an individual through five training phases: stabilization endurance, strength endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength and power. My fitness programs include Flexibility (including corrective flexibility to correct muscles imbalances), Core, Balance, Plyometric, SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness), Resistance Training, and Cardiorespiratory to ensure optimal results.
Fit2Thrive includes comprehensive fitness assessments, individualized training programs (with weekly detailed exercise plans, monthly guides, and a year outlook), weekly live exercise support and checkins, data tracking, access to NASM Edge app (for easy access to your personalized workouts and exercise instruction), and ongoing coaching to ensure your progress.
Fit2Thrive starts with a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment to determine current fitness level, muscle imbalances, target heart rates, and the client’s goals and likes/dislikes. This process helps establish safe and effective exercise programs based on the individual’s needs, goals, and preferences. Based on the results of the Comprehensive Fitness Assessment, an individualized program will be designed for you, including: a year outlook, monthly guide, and weekly detailed exercise plans.
Monthly subscription to Personal Training services include ongoing support and alterations to the plan as needed; including weekly coaching sessions (virtually or in person), data tracking, access to online content.

Personal Trainer and Coach Support:
Virtual Support Weekly virtual sessions: $200/month (plus tax)
In Person Support Weekly in person support: $260/month (plus tax)
Combo (1 session/month in person, 3 sessions/month virtual): $215/month (plus tax)
